About Us
MJE Engineering provides structural engineering as well as support civil engineering services for a wide range of projects designed for living, learning, work, and recreation. The firm was established in California in 1991 and began providing services in Hawaii in 2015. We create sustainable designs that blend beauty, function, and value. We enjoy our work and strive to provide solutions that are elegant yet simple to build.
Modeling / Documentation
We use a variety of modeling platforms to tailor our services to align with the needs of our clients. We use Revit, Vectorworks, and ArchiCAD for building modeling and Twinmotion for illustrations. We use Tekla for fabrication modeling and Civil 3D for improvement drawings. We deliver accurate drawings and work closely with building agencies to assure a smooth approval process.
Structural Engineering
We provide structural engineering services for buildings, building modifications, retrofits, as well as specialty structures. Our experience includes designing projects ranging from school campuses to residential remodels. We deliver solutions tailored to our client’s needs and strive to provide quality services. We typically provide structural design services for schools, public buildings, residences, wineries, as well as commercial and hospitality projects.
Civil Engineering
We provide support civil engineering services for public and private property improvements. Our experience includes providing design services for lot splits and land subdivisions as well as ranch and agricultural property improvements. We typically provide civil design services for grading, drainage, utilities, roads, retaining structures, culverts, and bridges. We also prepare fabrication drawings for structural steel and concrete reinforcing.
